Mixed-use tower located in Al-Seef district in Kingdom of Bahrain. The project incorporates office spaces and apartments into one building. The Building is broken into cubes that are stacked on top of each other to form a unique shape, each cube is each cube is housing different function. Apartments occupy the last cube consisting of seven floors. Offices are divided into two cubes of a total of ten floors. Parking occupy the two basements in addition to the First seven floors of the building. Supporting functions Such as recreation area which is located on the eighth Floor, in addition to a coffee shop on the mezzanine Level, Separate vertical circulations for both Apartments and offices .
